Chaska Area Youth Baseball Association 2008 In-House and Metro Division Coaches must complete this form to gain practice fields for there teams. This request will be sent to our field coordinator who is in charge of the fields and will reply back to you within 24 hours with either a grant or deny of the request.

2) A separate window will display showing the fields and time that are available. Select the week located in the lower left corner of the sheet on the tabs. You can only select the blocks that are in YELLOW for IN-HOUSE and RED for METRO Teams. YOU CAN NOT PICK ANY WHITE BLANK, these are fieldas allocated to other associations and not CAYBA.

3) Close the window and then fill out the form for the selected field from the drop down.

4) Enter into the Date Requested: the DAY, MONTH, and DATE.

5) Enter into the Time Requested in 2 hour increments.

6) You can only schedule 1 field per week and only within the 2 week window.

Coaches’ comments are equally important to ensure that we continue to improve and enhance our program.
