Chaska Area Youth Baseball Programs with Pitch 2 Pitch 2009
|
To all parents, players, and coaches:
CAYBA is proud to announce our new partnership with Pitch 2 Pitch for player development and training for the 2009 season. Pitch 2 Pitch will allow us to deliver consistent and professional instruction at a reasonable rate. As an association, we are committed to the continued development of our players. We feel that this partnership is an opportunity to bring our players the best possible instruction.
Pitch 2 Pitch has professional instructors from the area that have played college and pro ball (All-Americans, Big Ten Champs, National Champs, Twins, Phillies, Diamondbacks, etc.). They are focused on teaching all aspects of the game from the experiences they have had in college and professional ball. Sessions are run in a practice format covering all areas of the game with emphasis on technique, game situations, fun, and the importance of learning and practicing the fundamentals of the game.
All costs are $15 per time for the pitching, catching and pre-season sharpener clinics ( Winter Academy is $15 if you sign up for the complete 10 week package. Otherwise, individual sessions are $25.) All sessions are held at Chaska High School on Sundays in the wrestling room and adjacent gym. Check in at desk with Pitch 2 Pitch. Be sure to bring bat, glove, and proper baseball attire. For more information and details, check out their website at www.pitch2pitch.com All programs are for ages 9-15 and sessions are divided by age group.
The programs for 2009 will include the following:
Winter Academy: 1.5 hour sessions. Encouraged to register for all sessions as each session is progressive and builds into the next skill set. Focused on all areas (hitting, fielding, throwing, base-running, game situations). Jan-Mar.
